Cool Cousin Travel App Launches ICO
I don't need money exchangers when I travel in the future

My travel wallet is used to keep leftover currencies after traveling. 20 Vietnam Dong. 15 British Pounds. 4 Euro coins. I can't go to a money exchanger because the value is too small. After keeping these notes for more than 5 years, chances are the note is too old and may no longer be legal tender. Just hundreds of dollars worth of foreign currency notes which I have absolutely no use for it unless I revisit that particular country.
Just today Forbes news discussed how blockchain could change travel habits in their article titled: "This Blockchain Company Is What Every Traveler Wants, But They Don't Realize It" written by Andrew Rossow. This definitely adds on to yesterday's article in which I have written discussing: The Implementation of Blockchain Technologies.
Here we are talking about a global currency for travelers. Hotel bookings, airline tickets, overseas dining, car rentals, and more, paid using a single currency. I'm getting sick of hefty "credit card fees" charged by airline companies.
“By creating a platform on the Ethereum blockchain, enabling the next generation of decentralized travel, opens up the travel and hospitality industry up to creativity and further innovation,” said a representative of Smart Alliance Grid Architecture (“SAGA”).

Cryptocurrency - The New Credit Card
Cross-border payments could save more on fees when these 'borders' do not actually exist. Talk about better travel budgets and financing during travel that gives you more flexible options. As your Frequent Flyer points get scattered throughout your 5 credit cards, a Universal Loyalty Points Reward Program could be the solution. Thanks to Forbes for introducing SAGA, the ICO in conception stages.
Cool Cousin App and Token [CUZ]
I also came across Cool Cousin, a travel app, launched in 2016. It serves as a travel guide with reviews posted by its users, much like the TripAdvisor app. One of its cool features would be their initiative for an ICO launch. Much like Steemit, millennials on vacation, travel guides, restaurant owners and locals can benefit by contributing content to the app. Once again, time to get paid for your actions in the most decentralized way.
Users can become contributors who earn CUZ tokens for actions that add value to the platform. Examples include thanking their Cousins and signing in to a spot, to contributing to the growth of the community by taking photographs for spots, flagging inaccuracies, onboarding new Cousins, changing bad photos, reviewing recommendations and promoting Cool Cousin on other platforms, such as social media.

Cool cousin has a strong content focused on travel and I anticipate users on their platform to continue to grow. They could easily become the next TripAdvisor as every contribution on their app counts. ICO Pre-sale bonuses end in 6 days, so I will try to read up their whitepaper more before I make any decisions on joining their sale. Meanwhile, please do give me your opinions on Cool Cousin, if you have already been using their app.
