Today is Mödninghosst, 27 : Almost forgot again .. the supersteemit update .. although i would see the point in frequent posting here on site if i had players and visitors and a working game i sometimes forget about the other thing. Between timelines vs. agendas, segments and hybrid opcodes i think im starting to develop my own corporate garbage pretty well. Now all i need is a crypto-coin that says "buy me" and ill be set, right ? hmmm. Today is Mödninghosst, 24 : the staying active bit ... i am but im not, im not the socializer i was due to humans and your world and i doubt i'll ever be again. Putting up daily updates here starts to feel like spilling the beans on what's in the end not open source software. Maybe i should flip over to see what "studios" do when they present something (i dont think they do much xept some trailer that lasts for months and if you're AAA you get invited to cons and you present on stage (=nightmare, not that im socially awkward at all - its complicated and i hate the spotlight) so thats where Kanamori-chan comes in but she doesnt. I dare say i made some substantial progress on what i read is sometimes called prototyping (as we are ZeroDesign and others) the coordinate system adresses two zoomlevels and the client-server interaction has been thrown out and redone a few times but its basically still the very core and im always thinking "serverstress" and "what if i had a machine where i could run more than just shared LAMP and so ... maybe i should try for the "have a render" approach again or something, since i dont think anyone reads any of it anyway and i doubt i'll be killing discord and twitter with a burnout stream any time soon anyway... i dont know. Since i consider 2020 to be the final year where all futures are gone it doesnt really matter to me and what the normies want is EXCITING! stuff that will comb your hair while sleeping after all :) - with alphabet and mozilla moving to wreck the internet and kill half of the creative ways to use browser programming im tilting more towards a blank html page that says "download client here" and since Satellius hasnt given me back my data i have tilted more to "linux only" from the start anyway. We shall see (or not ... i might yet win euromillions and take off, buy a new ID and be no one in a place that's about the furthest away from belgium as mathematics can calculate me to be on earth while i wait for Musk to get my mansion on mars ready ...)

But i know the problem was the end was always the end of times, not the end of the curent voxel-of-god and that its pointed and fixed so thats good. Timelines, segments and opcodes, im a pro with my own corporate garbage now. All i need is a corporation and besos money ... yea some linux-nut who works for free and helps me compiling an OS i shall dub TYR-os running on a dedicated server doing nothing but timelines and sending out opcodes and data to clients ... ofcourse, well next life maybe, because this one you have fucked, precious. GTG, stuff to do and stuf that requires outside by day ... hate it. I noticed TEK-6 is making another move to "please run everything on our shit only" ... all my phaser stuff suddenly started saying that "this will be treated as a cross-site cookie (like wtf ? i have zero client cookies, only a php session, SO HOW CAN THAT BE CROSS SITE MOTHERFUCKER ? the nature of the beast and all ... well yea , and google tells me lots about "theyre breaking the internet", it seems to be a thing thats normal now and we all just have to adapt everything because alphabet said so ? thats gud, precious even, another reason to not use a browser and keep it custom-client only ... but what about phaser then ? if i run on a clean pc i have to like give permissions to run about everything, it looks like im trying to hack the client machine thats how many times it says "the thing wants to use your canvas" (like DUH? yes, it does ...) ... ??!?? Yah yah, its a lot less complicated than it sounds but thats the case with all corporate garbage ... it just needs to sound like you are a clone of the second coming of the new jesus who just re-invented a rounder wheel that frictionlessly re-invented sliced bread while turning running water into wine which also happens to irrigate the crops in africa as a side-effect (which was a pleasant surprise, but we are VERY excited about that and) while sleeping (for free AND) it will pay you (ofcourse) for just sitting there. Ain't that something? Welll, i'm quite sure compiling a custom linux OS from scratch to build a dedicated server which is NOT "come to the cloud" but "custom to the core" and 5000%(+1)performance wise and better at everything as long as its the specific game it was built for , will be a bit more of a hassle than finding a format thats not as fugly and hoggy as json to file stuff while sleeping but im not the linux nut, im the weird guy with strange notions and more polygons than yo momma's ass before she started that diet on what will eventually be just a 512px button (at 4K) and less at less ... right, so i write and therefor i wrote and i have spoken now. All for the same money ofcourse but you cant act in the expectation of a reward (thats what dogs do and no one else on the internet) and basically i dont since i just wanted to do this anyway (but moving to mars or mongolia took precedent when i still believed a future was happening)
Today is Mödninghosst, 19 : A few bytes every day , my new stephen-hawking attire seems to really help, i actually am notified by the take-a-break every 30 minutes before i get up . A few bytes every day, yes, and less talk. STRTOK in php , learn a little, .. Unigine looks D A F T ... but i think unity for the mudpits even if the tunnels are zone 2 after wub - mainly trying to find a format for my timelines that is less of a hog than json atm. Disclaimer : i am under no obligation to make sense to you. Yea, considering the way dark & light looks i was thinking unreal engine for the forest down below but, you know ... a few bytes every day :) its not can't do its cant do cuz interrupts and physical and mainly van drukkerland no future and all that which i have repeated enough so it should be clear that its not a joke. Today is Mödninghosst, 16 : ha, yes, the mighty steemit update ... almost forgot . It's not much to say that would show something, client-server communication and synchronization. Much google, trial and error as me, myself and i have never done this (other than some websitery) for this this way and to THAT : its a cheap hosting package, dafuk you want for free ? i dont get paid, i dont get laid. I personally dont see the issue between having to serve 1000 (assuming i have 1000 and to AAA that would be like omg only 1000) requests per minute or so for x kb of data to be processed on the clientside ? It's supposed to be able to handle that (and preferably more) afaik but i dont know what shared hosting actually does or CAN since here its localhost. The diff is : i'm stuck to 30 seconds exec time, max while unable to run background processes that keep going 24/7, which, on a custom machine i put up myself i COULD, but since i cant its pretty pointless thinking about. And its a hobby and : o yea : i dont get paid and i dont get laid . I don't see your elitist issue there ? gud, naw , it needs syncing so its syncing. Since there's no life and future, its just keeping busy and thats that. When i bought obsidian from microsoft and then not even tell them what to do since they were already doing it and i just stick my name on it : i'll let you know :) , hmmmmm if its a waste i will translate that as "you could be MY mule , WHAT A WASTE" and i can think of a few people who could have made it not a waste but im a bit tired and atm also of complaining since nothing changes anything at all and life is fucked anyway , so SMILE !
Today is Mödninghosst, 14 : hmmm, like i didnt touch it for 5 days like this. I had another heretic notion : being that in the current stuff im using it might actually be better to forego functions and use subroutines only and global vars ... easier, shorter faster, less ops .. HERESY OFCOURSE ... stuck somewhere on client-server where it wont update the reachable tiles after this and that so some of them dont show green (already a grand benevolence on my part to actually wanna show that i.o. rtfm-noob , but since there will be no fm i guess a little bit o this and that wont hurt too bad. How did i do ? Sounds better with corporate or political garbage language, right ? the art of divulging no information while rattling without breathing ? ye, but it is .. and it hasnt been 5 days but i cant say its going faas suddenly. Ive been feeling like a super-plant thats been plastered with kryptonite for about a week now and my new traction-cushion has been both (slightly) helpful but mostly a torture device, which i suppose is normal in the first days and its a different kind of pain ... hm, a ye well, only talk about the good things and euhmm ... yea
Today is Mödninghosst, 9 : duust kvesthuns, but ... i been playing ESO a bit since they put it up f2p for a week and , even if for a game that cost 110 million dollar starter money, mmo-wise its nothing new (at all) the sheer amount of useless detail (which you also get in single player elder scrolss) is nothing short of epic. Citizens have conversations when you walk by, wether you are interacting or on a mission or not. There's books and scrolls EVERYWHERE - whole short stories actually in bookshelves, which i doubt 90% of players ever see since mmo's are add : grind FAAS = level up , get gear. I know its triple A and 100 million dollar is slightly above my "what i will have in a whole life"-grade but the concept ... :) op-wise im thinking op-wise and i think i should, despite the "we will take away your need to code, just add another terabyte" (and then WE are the only ones left alive who know anything about what goes on in the machine and you are left at our mercy) sql seems like a worse and worse idea lol. Im sure it has merits if you have to work across 100 people on the same set of programs but otherwise it seems to have none. Where i have 2 lines with flatfiles i have 20 with sql ... op-wise that is heresy. Moore's law broke long ago and im just too old to get into that 1960s fashionable thing (oop or something i dont know, i think it hit the schools a decade or so ago ... but its older than i am, heh) and stuff like ecsy ? i dont know (but im definitely gonna check it out). So here i am , talking update more than coding ops , its NOP like that. Wondering how deep i'll go : if you go straight across a square you have the shortest distance but if you go from square 1 1,0 to square 2 0,0 its longer, right ? so my 5km² which i take as 1 hour on normal speed should take longer unless moving in straight lines , overthinking , you say ? this is what i meant to do with it , the thing is that on the clients side barely any number will be visible. (which makes it less attractive to the stat-junkies again, its just doomed to fail for mass-adoption hahah ) and euhm, yea well, lots , but mostly lots that wont get done while im typing this as well. e.t.a. 2150 AD in early access but you can already give us a billion , thats okay its 2020 , dont feel bad : just pay, dont ask questions!
Today is Mödninghosst, 8 : movement pointers using a one-particle (faster than writing moving sprite routine since its already built-in) getting caught up ofcourse, why i usually like to hold the fluff for after - when the moment comes to "just pour in content" and get going (yea, right ...) not sure if multiple units move (visible ones) how all that affects performance since its definitely not U.E. but i assume will have a bit of a higher treshold to step in to , maybe later, for zone forest or something, when i'm 85 and the world has been fracked over to the point of no return and we live on asteroids revolving around what used to be the iron core. Dying Earth (definitely a must read) etc ... the difficult part will be calculating timelines on the server there (i call it timelines, i decided that i have right to my own corporate garbage language as much as i want even it wouldnt mean anything since everyone's been doing it for decades... very organic , also TRIPE and de-centralized what YOU want with a minor chance at disrupting facebook and creating a wow-killer. Also very excited about the synergetics and entrenchment of the core systems in the metaspace developing. But, yea, timelines .. it needs to branch on choosing, its ... im under no obligation to explain myself ...

the snowey particle effect and the bloodsplots on the title screen i kinda like but quite soon decided that if i got hung up on that there would be no backbone ... i need a sturdy cup before i add hot water - theres not much to show, i can obviously not printout the convo options for ole spicey and the npcs and citizens wether i have them, some, or all of them or not and that map ... well it shows how it moves while sleeping and it parses everything and you end up where you were going if you log in the next day (only thing is you might be dead but were not there yet - "quote kosh") and its overkill actually , that map has 1 object for every tile, i dont think dark basic was meant to be used like that but it holds on a radeon thats over 10 years old ... i actually wanna check unity , ue and unigine on the tunnels, mudpits and the forest and then decide which one suits me best to do the dungeon and all that combines with this (the beach) to form the lower wards, which, as i see it now is the f2p part that should be available to anyone for free, although i feel like linux only until satellius apologizes for stealing my data (which wont happen ofcourse)

theres certainly a few more i wouldnt mind showing appreciation but for now 0/3 = 1 . I'm looking into one for mine but i have contacted the ministry of soviet culture first to see if im actually allowed to keep a dollar for myself without being a tax-terrorist under the current conditions and states and if not if maybe it would be allowed to just swap it for stuff like hosting or hardware for machines to work on. I doubt ill get the 5000 or more a month needed to just get the documents and fees to start up a registered business any time soon and i sure as hell dont need THE state to come up with another way of taking everything+1 for the umpteenth time heh ...

There seems to be more crap going on. Steemmonsters (splinterlands) fled for HIVE ... (no comment) but steem-engine expects me to use a keystore-app that's provided by ... yabapmatt ... i DID trust them to be fair and straight since i considered them into business, not politics but with this im not really sure ... i certainly dont trust handing my keys to something made by someone who just skips ship regardless of clientele and expects everyone to follow, it must be one of those american things that make zero sense overhere . So these numbers are month-old at best and i can not find another way to transfer and update. All it says is "steemconnect deprecated, please use keychain (by yabapmatt ...)" ... somewhat un-acceptable.
