that nuclear fusion will give free energy to everyone instead of more money to companies who sell it for the same price to everyone
and that the mines will restock themselves and machines will upgrade in a way that they cost less resources to build so digging deeper doesnt hit a point where its not even about the cost but the supply wont reach to the procuring and processing cost by itself

all blockchains are public, since day one all password hashes are open to "guessing" , even if the chances are lottery-sized small or less, you COULD just type a random sequence and accidentally hit somebody's wallet

that means a coin can exist only on the chain : YOU CAN NOT STORE IT IN A SAFE because the blockchain is public

so someone could have been running random generators that poke at the speed a server allows since day one , quantum computers could generate these faster ?
thats where im not sure,if you have a blockchain , can you extract a block and from there calculate the needed hash
its not even THAT simple as coins move around so new blocks get added (but old ones never removed)
if you can take one block and from there calculate the key to someones wallet i guess its possible but otherwise
it would remain stuck to the speed at which you can poke at the chain
but we have THE kicker : if you download a whole chain and can process it in a few seconds, then MAYBE ...
you would be stuck to the speed of light i guess (theoretically according to the current agreed on rules)
and otherwise you'd be stuck to the speed of the network, for instance steemit requires a 3 second cooldown between votes (or transactions perhaps)
the only way to bypass is to have the whole chain on a drive or raid or center and process it from there but as its constantly evolving after 30 minutes or less it wouldnt be the same anymore SOOOOOO

i actually lived like that for a good 3 years ... at first it wasn't very comfy, THEN it was like super-awesome lol ... no details ... then it ended somewhat less ...
in the end i had to lose everything first, not that i had THAT much to begin with at that point

I think you can get by quite well without insurance, but here health insurance is imposed on you. It’s compulsory. If you don’t take out insurance, you’re still insured, but you won’t get anything reimbursed once your first 850 a year is used up, and then you still have to pay the bill, which of course keeps mounting because you don’t know that you have insurance imposed on you by the state, which is also the most expensive insurance.
You can still manage without a passport, especially if you’re not going anywhere, and you can vote here with an old one too. Although you might wonder whether people should even bother voting at all, as those votes are thrown away anyway. Can we manage without bank cards? That’s a good question; so you might just about manage with one, after all, you do need to claim your homeless benefit. These days, that’s probably no longer handed out in vouchers or a bag of cash either. If you manage without homeless benefits or any income, then of course you can easily do without a bank card. Many people don’t have a bank card these days, because you don’t need that thing, and if you have an online bank account, it saves a lot of money in any case.
And how much does a person actually need?
When I look around at the food donation boxes, there’s always something to eat to be had if you walk past them, and there’s also a charity shop in the village, but they have clothes, bits and bobs, everything really – just no large furniture.
But then again, you don’t need a piece of furniture if you don’t have any belongings, are travelling, or live in a very small house.
It’s strange to realise how we’ve missed our chances, but that applies to every generation; only a few manage to make it.
