ETH switching to POS to solve scaling issues.

Recently ETH has made a new high (and low lol) and has become congested with transactions... This was the same problem with BTC. Many are fearing and dropping out of the ETH race losing faith... yet they have so many companies signed up. The switch to POS will help solve the scaling issues, as there will be more operating nodes to confirm the transactions. This is why STRAT is fast. POS is the most logical switch for ETH. The miners will have to use their processors for something else... Was thinking a GNT/SONM like coin for super-computing... making real world use from the processors.

Until this happens... which could be this Nov with a: 10% POS - POW 90% (I have heard) It will be a gradual change to POS so the miners should be mining for a while yet!

Nice topic man

PoS is clearly the future. Any coin not shifting to/based on PoS will be trailing behind. Will be interesting to see what direction BTC will go...

I'm all for POS, but I don't think it will help congestion. The increased number of validating nodes just means a rise in difficulty so that we will have a constant block time as always, right?

I think the idea is that there will be more nodes open to verify faster. The difficulty is with mining not POS
