BABY RABBITS

I visited the pet store today to get some more food for our pet rabbit Kush.

When I'm down there, I always stop by the baby rabbits (where we bought him) to see the latest little critters they have in stock.

Today they had quite a few different-coloured rabbits, including a ginger and white one with beautiful blue eyes!

I snapped a photo while I was down there. I haven't seen blue eyes like this on a rabbit before.

I love rabbits - owning one as a pet has really opened my eyes as to what unique creatures they are, and our rabbit Kush is so full of personaility it's like he's a member of the family.

I read a sad stat that over 80% of rabbits in the UK are mis-treated as people see them as creatures who are just happy to sit in a hutch all day, when really they love to stretch their legs! Here's Kush laying down (they spread out like this and even flop when they are really happy!)
