Short trip to Santa Monica

Just went for a drive with some friends the other night. We walked around the backstreets of Santa Monica and went out for some food...not sure the name of the restaurant; We ate in a small maze of bars and restaurants.

It was a network of connecting establishments inside a hotel; I think. There was a bar on one end; but in the ladies room of the restaurant we were in was an advertisement for high tea.

I had a burger and a Goose Island IPA; Goose Island is a good staple. Always refreshing and usually not over priced.

We walked a bit down Palisades Park before heading back to the car.
