Carnival of "Not"

The Grisely Carnival in the town of "Not" :Colored pencil, watercolor and watercolor crayon on hemp paper.

I have an entire book of old drawings and watercolors that I have never shared because they are never quite "finished" enough; either that or they are over-done to the point that I have trouble looking at them. This is one of the unfinished pieces. I am going to try to work on more pieces from this book and share them this week and next:)

I wish I could find more hemp paper like this. I have been buying other pads online but they are not quite the same. There is an intuitive quality to this particular pad of paper that I like; and it also takes all kinds of different media quite well.
