Hello Steemians 💛Today me and my friends travel to Cambridge, taste a Hongkong tea restaurant. By the way, this is a real dim sum tea restaurant. The Hong Kong style milk tea is most laudable thing, here is the only restaurant in Cambridge which make the Hong Kong way milk tea.But today I'd like to try it cooking.

今天我和朋友去剑桥游玩，顺便尝一家街边的烧腊茶餐厅。这是一家地道的港式茶餐厅，这里的港式奶茶最值得称道，是剑桥地区独此一家用香港茶餐厅方式制作的。不过今天我想尝尝它的炒菜。

菜单做的非常详细，有冷和热的头盘，各种烧腊和蔬菜类，体现了香港餐厅对于食物分类很精细的特点。

来这家餐厅就发现剑桥中国人很多，占了一大半。这家餐厅生意火爆，还需要等位。

这家餐厅的老板是东莞人，从清蒸海鲜的做法，到煲的生鱼片汤，都很原汁原味。当然了，受材料方面的限制，也许没有做出完全的粤菜味道，但是至少形式上已经非常到位了。这个虾仁蛋炒饭装在木桶里，很保温，味道咸淡刚好。

梅菜扣肉煲，吃起来好有家的味道。里面的梅菜真好吃，我没想到还可以在英国吃到。

The raw fish soup is said I want to focus on, soup is very thick, the color white as milk, a see be in clay pot soup for a long time.Is not words, taste very delicious, I almost finished all alone.

这个生鱼片汤是我要重点说的，汤汁很浓，颜色白的像牛奶，一看就是煲了很久的汤。味道也是没话说得，非常好喝，我几乎一个人就喝完了所有。
