Foodie's diary #10---My favorite Vietnamese noodle in London. 吃货日记#10---介绍一个我最喜欢的越南粉餐厅。

Hello Steemians 💛 In Chinatown, if you are tired of Chinese food, also then cantonese cuisine, you will definitely want to try the southeast Asian cuisine. The first thing I could think of was the warm and refreshing Vietnamese noodle---Pho.
在中国城，如果你吃腻了中餐，那些粤菜里的茶点，你一定会想去试试东南亚的菜式。我第一个能想到的就是温润爽口的越南河粉了。

I think Vietnamese noodle and Hong Kong noodle soup is quite different. The Vietnamese noodle is adding a lot of name of spices, and basil, also is the unique in Vietnamese noodle's vanilla, called spearmint in mainland China.
我觉得越南的粉和香港的汤粉还是不太一样的，它里面多加了很多叫不上名字的香料，还有九层塔，也是越南粉里独有的香草，在大陆叫做兰香。

One of my favorite, a Vietnamese restaurant in London called Pho, is a chain of restaurants in many British cities.
我最喜爱的一家伦敦的越南粉叫做Pho，这家越南餐厅在英国很多城市都有连锁店。

Pho is a brand created by two British couples, Stephen Wall and Juliette Wall, who have fallen in love with Vietnamese noodle's fans after their trip to Vietnam.
Pho是2位去越南旅游之后爱上越南粉的英国夫妻Stephen Wall和Juliette Wall创立的品牌。

Because most of the Asian restaurants in London were Chinese food, and only a handful of Vietnamese restaurants sold Chinese food. So Pho was the first restaurant in London which really sells Vietnamese noodles and Vietnamese snacks.
因为在这之前，伦敦大多数亚洲餐厅都是中餐，仅有的几家越南餐厅也卖中餐菜式为主。所以Pho的出现，也是伦敦第一家真正意义上卖越南粉和越南小吃的餐厅。

下面是几家不同店面，装修很别致，有点像小酒吧。

This bowl is one of the most famous soup have cooked beef pho, pho has boiled beef brisket thick meat and slightly thin half beef slices. After the heat of the beef soup boil half beef slices.
这一碗就是店里最有名的生熟牛肉河粉，河粉里有煮熟的厚牛腩肉片与稍微薄一些的半生牛肉片为主。经过牛肉高汤的热度把半生牛肉片煮熟。

In the edge of the small dish containing raw bean sprouts, basil, pepper slices, also equipped with lemon and parsley.I like to eat sour so is must squeeze lemon slice.
边上的小盘里装着生豆芽，九层塔，辣椒切片，还配有柠檬和香菜。我喜欢吃酸的所以柠檬片是必须挤的。

The correct Vietnam noodle's eating way:

1. The first step, taste the soup, squeezed lemon slice. Of course there are soy sauce, black pepper, and other ingredients on each table , can also be added, if you feel the taste of soup still very weak. But I usually feel the taste is just right.

2. When the soup is very hot, put in bean sprouts, about 10 basil leaves off. But I usually put in as a whole. As for the Serrano Chili peppers I also put in the whole.

3. A stir, hot to eat.

正确的越南粉吃法就是：

1. 先尝汤的味道，挤柠檬片。当然桌上还有酱油，黑胡椒等其他配料，如果觉得太淡还可以加，但是我通常都觉得味道刚刚好。
2. 在汤正滚热的时候,放进豆芽，把九层塔的叶子摘下10片左右。但是我通常就整个放进去。至于Serrano Chili辣椒我也整个放进去。
3. 搅拌一下，趁热吃吧。

Here is a cold dish chicken met with vegetables, just like Vietnam salad. It is sweet and sour sauce, taste very good.
下面是凉菜鸡肉扮蔬菜，我是当作越南沙拉在吃。酱料是酸甜的，味道很好。

Followed by southeast Asia characteristic curry rice, if you go into Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand restaurant cannot leave the curry. But it put a sweet curry peanut kernels, just delicious.
接下来是东南亚特色的咖喱饭，走进印尼，越南，泰国餐厅都离不开咖喱。不过这家咖喱放了香香的花生粒，好吃。

Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk is my favorite, and each time will be. It divided into two kinds of ice and hot.
加了炼乳的越南咖啡是我的最爱，每次必和。分为冰和热的两种。
