Oxidants

Oxidants are also called free radicals. They give rise to resultant oxidative stress. When they become much or uncontrolled results in all kinds of diseases, namely hypertension, diabetes, arthritis etc
Therefore, if there is a way to lower or controll oxidative stress it will logically prevent or control sickness.
A known approach is to take in anti oxidants, like fruits as doctors will advice. Daily intake of fruits is essential, though expensive now.
We will age gracefully. Then it will not just be lifespan but health span.
