Low Head 低头

In certain places, we can easily come across people who always appear to lower their heads. Some do so while travelling inside the train, waiting in the airport, and even during walking. It means that they are using their hand phones for various purposes.

Ever since the launching of smartphone, the way we work and communicate has been changed tremendously. It becomes more convenient to work and communicate using internet and social media within and beyond office space.

It has caused much criticism as the people lower their heads using smartphones inside the train, cafe etc. Owing to this group of people indulge themselves into the phones and do not communicate with others face to face, they are being categorised as the low head community.

However, there is the positive side of using smartphones. By using the smartphones, we can maximise our time to work while waiting at the airport, station etc.

Therefore, we should not become negative although there are people who utilise their hand phones to the extent of neglecting relationship. Instead, we should utilise the hand phones for positive achievements and blessings for others.

我们会在好些地方看到低头的人。他们在火车上，或在机场等候，甚至走路时都低头；这些人其实是正在使用手机。

自从智能手机面世以来，我们的工作和沟通方式已经发生了巨大变化。人们如今不单是使用办公室空间，也在其他地方透过互联网和社交媒体方便的工作和彼此交流。

当人们在火车、咖啡馆等地方低下头使用智能手机时，已经引起了很多批评。由于有些人沉迷于手机并且不多与别人面对面交流，他们已被归类为低头族。

然而使用智能手机还有积极的一面。通过使用智能手机，我们可以在机场、车站等地方善用时间进行工作。

虽然因为有人过度使用手机而忽略了人際关系，我们却不应该变成消极。相反的，我们应该善用手机以获得积极的成果和成为他人的祝福。
