Harmony 和谐

Harmony is a word often used to describe relationship. Certainly it is great if a person can have multi-dimensional harmonious relationship.

The first dimension of harmony is with yourself. Although everyone is unique, not everyone is happy with oneself. Failing to be in harmony with self, a person may suffer inferiority complex and at times, depression or deep sense of guilt. Thus, it is critical to be harmonious with oneself.

The second dimension is with others. No one can be an island and we indeed live in a society and belong to a community. Wherever there are people, we are vulnerable to come across conflict. It is vital to learn to relate to others for a harmonious relationship.

The third dimension is about our relationship with nature. We live in this universe and dwell daily in this only earth. It is vital to relate to the things surrounding us and hopefully be able to enjoy a harmonious relationship with nature.

Finally to those who believe in God, whom is being referred to as the Creator, it is indeed vital to relate to Him harmoniously. If He is the Creator and the Designer of all things, it is wise to seek Him for the way to multi-dimensional harmonious relationship.

和谐是一个用来形容关系的词。肯定的若一个人能享有多層面的和谐关系乃是一件美事。

第一層面的和谐是关乎自己。雖然每个人都是特殊的，但不是每个人都喜欢自己。人不能和自己本身和谐，这人極可能会有自卑感，有时什至患抑郁症或深受内疚的困扰。所以，要能与自己和谐是切身的事。

第二个層面涉及与别人的关系。没有一个人是孤岛，而人是住在社会也属于群体。只要有人，我们就可能要面対冲突。人因此要学习与他人有和谐的关系。

第三个是和自然界的和谐。我们在宇宙中及天天住在这唯一的地球，所以必须要与週围的东西接触，並期望能享受自然界的和谐。

最后，対於督信上帝又以祂為创造者的人而言，就的确要与祂有和谐的关系。如果祂是造物主，又是一切的设计者，有智慧的人就会寻求祂以便得享多層面的和谐关系。
