Determination 决心

Determination is vital for anyone who wants to learn something worthwhile. There are good things that people desire to do. But they do not do them for lacking of determination.

Determination is a grit that keeps you moving towards your goal irrespective of the situation. And basically, a person of determination faces three scenarios.

First, we face a favourable scenario which we like having. However, when it is a favourable situation, the person with determination does not take it for granted. Instead, the person will keep doing it faithfully with an awareness that the situation may change in the days ahead.

The second scenario is not favourable and the person is confronted with difficulty. However, the person does not give up but attempts to overcome the difficulty. He or she is aware that good thing does not happen automatically. It requires hard work and perseverance before attaining the goal.

The third scenario is facing opposition. In such a situation, a determined person will not be frustrated and back off. Instead, he or she will assess and perhaps the opposition is due to misunderstanding and envy. If it is misunderstanding, then the determined person will seek to enhance communication to get over with the opposition. And if it is envy, the determined person will not put effort to deal with jealousy. Instead, he or she will continue doing what has been planned and necessary so that the goal can be accomplished despite the opposition.

Determination is a characteristic that a person has to inculcate if one desires to accomplish a worthwhile goal in life.

任何人想要进行有价值事情，必须了解具有决心非常的重要。人们会期望做好的事情，然而由于缺乏决心，结果没有行动或者半途而废。

无论身处任何情况，决心是一种毅力能够让你继续迈向目标。基本上，一个有决心的人可能会面临三种情景。

首先，我们面对顺利的情况。但是，在此有利的情况下，有决心的人并不以之为理所当然的。相反的，他将忠心地继续这样做，并意识到曰後情况可能会发生变化。

第二种情况是面对困难，然而，有决心的人不会放弃而试图克服困难。他意识到好事不会自动发生，通常在实现目标之前，都需要努力工作和坚持不懈。

第三种情况则是面临反对。在这种情况下，有决心的人不会感到沮丧和退缩。相反的，他将自我评估，也许反对是由于误解和嫉妒。如果是误解，那么他将赏试加强沟通以处理反对力量。如果是来自嫉妒，他将不一定要花时间处理嫉妒。相反的，他将继续有计划地进行必要的工作，以便在面对反对势力，还是可以实现目标。

如果一个人希望在生活中实现具有价值的目标，那么决心就是他必须装备的特征。
