“Customer Is Always Right!” “客户永远是对的”

“Customer in always right” is a phrase to justify the customer during a selling and buying. It is also to remind the seller to bear with the customer. At times, the seller is willing to bear with the unreasonable demand of the customer for the sake of closing the deal. Therefore, the customer is somewhat like the “king” and the “seller” is the “vassal”.

As a matter of fact, a customer and a seller do equally have human weakness and are liable making faulty judgment. Therefore, both the seller and customer should be equal theoretically as well as in practice during the transaction.

“Customer is always right” is not an authentic statement. Therefore, any transaction must be carried out as equal partners to avoid any manipulation but to foster a win-win situation.

“客户永远是对的”是在销售和购买过程中的一个假设。它提醒卖家必须容忍顾客；有时，卖方愿意为了完成交易而包容客户的无理要求。因此，顾客有点像“国王”而“卖家”则是“附庸”。

事实上，顾客和卖家同样存有人性弱点，并且都可能做出错误的判断。所以，在交易过程中，按理卖方和客户均是平等的。

“客户永远是对的”並非事实。因此，任何交易必须平等及以合作伙伴关系进行，以避免有任何操纵，並要促进双赢。
