In Japanese,”Inago “ means”grasshopper ”.(But,ln fact grasshopper is “batta” in Japanese.)
Japanese people also eat Inago,In general, eat it by “Tsukuda ni ”.
Tsukuda ni is a kind of simmered dishes, mainly seasoned with soy sauce and sugar.
This picture is temple festival in Tokyo,zoshigaya.
Inago’s Tsukuda ni is sold at such a festival.
I bought it,and ate with my friends.
Taste is sweet and salty, like a prawn.what you should eat with rice.
