DO YOU SUFFER FROM AURA MIGRAINES?

Since about the age of 15 I have these random migraines. They cause you to suffer temporary blindness and thats how you know your about to have one

I had just finished training a client and was talking to him when of a sudden I could no longer see his face

This is a warning that your are about to have one, and even this picture is making me feel a bit nauseous like Im about to get another one.

Scientist don'ts even know the actual cause but have some theories about what may contribute

The only way Ive found that works for me when I get them is to close my eyes and sleep it off.

I would love do more research on this one day and find a way to prevent, and cure.
