My zeal wears me out, for my enemies ignore your words. I am not an evangelist. Five months at my new job, and not one person has accepted my invitation to church. There was a long awaited men's conference, two seasons apart, and not one taker.

Though I am lowly and despised, I do not forget your precepts. Maybe there's some confidence issues here. But it is always healthy to see oneself from the lowly and despised starting point. Lowly and despised are true, whether we feel that way or not.
