The way it currently stands, if every user had like 350 SP we could only have a maximum of 1 million users.

Not sure how resource credits and price of Steem wil play into this, as most people don't use even 1%of their RC daily. There is a huge amount of waste that happens each day. Unused resource credits should be able to be saved and or sold on the market(like EOS is doing).

Then it will smooth out beetter over time. A user needs like 100 SP now to have the ability to make a decent amount of comments an dposts. It shoould be more towards under 5 SP or even lower in the future if they implemented RC utiliziation/markets.
