10,000 years ago, when the human being was grouped in society the Middle East, they made basic alcoholic drinks to deal with relationships. With the passage of time, people were developing and implementing more and more forcefully laws, morals standards, religious rules and social conventions, which imposed great pressure on individuals. To cope with the pressures of those rules, people developed new techniques for making drinks, expanding their variety and alcohol content.

Alcoholic beverages are an essential part of society, lightening the burden of living with people daily, in environments such as family, work or community. Although, it is true that alcoholic beverages are consumed normally but in some moments they are forbidden, for example during work or in the classroom. However, those moments are influenced by situations in which alcohol manifests itself, as are social meetings with colleagues or classmates.

Alcohol is the natural glue of society. I can do this statement because during my life I had the opportunity to drink with family, colleagues, employees, friends of the university, politicians, strangers and even a priest. I am a lawyer, businessman, mixologist and I have found myself on both sides of the coin, as a client and as a bartender. People have unequal characters such as alcohol content.
