Nice, I don't really have much of an opinion, was just being a little snarky. I never really learned that much about ether and the DAO, but my first impression was (could be wrong), that the whole appeal of the platform was that intent was irrelevant and that anyone could know for sure exactly how a contract would execute just by studying the code. Anyway, I guess as long as the decision is by consensus, it won't really bother me either way.
