Check Out Shadow of the Colossus Across PlayStation 2, 3 and 4
I am a huge fan of Shadow of the Colossus. It is just so different and depending on your point of view, sad or awesome. My first exposure to SotC was when the game saw a Greatest Hits release so it was long since beaten by others and spoilers were all over the Internet before I even took a copy to the register to pay for it. Then I heard about Shadow of the Colossus getting remade for the PlayStation 3 and I wanted a PS3. Now I hear that it is getting remade again for the PlayStation 4. Guess what, I want a PS4 now. lol Sad, I know.
Check out this video by Play Time H.J. on YouTube, they take a look at all three versions of Shadow of the Colossus and do direct comparisons. The game certainly has improved graphically - now I just wish they would make a sequel.
the graphics is not important. it is the gameplay and the story that makes the game so valuable. it is an important story of good and evil. live and let live. have a nice weekend dudes :)
I have not played any of the remakes, just the original, but based on the response from others it seems they have not messed with the game play too much which is great.
Get a PS4 Pro. It's definitely worth it. PS4 has a ton of great games / exclusives, and the Pro is buttery smooth. I love mine.
I figure when I upgrade it will be to a PlayStation 4, Pro probably. I am just too big a fan of SotC and the God of War games. Xbox just doesn't have anything like them and most of the games on that console that I am interested in are also on PC (such as Cuphead) so I just play them there (even if at a lower resolution).
