Graffiti in Munich #13 - Under the Donnersberger Bridge - Funny Drawings, a Landscape and other Abstract Art
My series Graffiti in Munich will be complete over the next few days.
On my last three posts in this series, I've showed you the works painted on the lateral walls of the Donnersbergerbrücke (Donnersberger Bridge). The remaining Street Art pieces I have to show were all painted on the columns of the parking lot under that Bridge.
(You might be able to recognize some of the drawings you'll see on the backgrounds from my earlier posts; The ones you don't recognise, I'll be posting on the follow up to this post, starting tomorrow.)
I've found some truly amazing artworks here but let's begin with the simplest ones, on this post.
This train driver is simply adorable. He doesn't seem too sure about what he's doing but he's having the time of his life, he looks like a kid driving a train for the first time!
On the back side of this column there was a matching piece... it seems that the train itself was happy.
A train named Kent? Or a train going to Kent? You decide.
The following two pieces were also a match and they were placed close to each other.
This represents what I was doing at the time, taking photos of Graffiti on the walls. I didn't use my phone, though.
There are dozens of Graffiti pieces but oddly enough, only one Landscape Painting in all the gallery. I took an initial shot during the day, the first time I've been in the place...
Since the shadows altered the photo a bit, I went back at night to grab another shot. I think this one came out a bit better:
I don't know why but the above Graffiti makes me think about Japan whereas the next one makes me think about Aliens.
With so many eyes, if this guy has an accident, he can't claim "I didn't see it." 😄
The next drawing appears to represent a horse... maybe. Maybe it's just me seeing things. 🙃
And to conclude this post, I'll leave you with a few more abstract works. Also known as Tagging. I'm not particular fond of this style but the following works looked cool enough to me. Hope you'll like them, too.
I hope you've enjoyed these photos. Please come back for the continuation of the series. If you want, check out the previous parts, which I started publishing in 2018:

But do you remember what site could have been used by the hacker to steal your password?
