Sprouts cutlets
material
Boiled Potatoes - 6
Mixed sprouts pulse - 1 cup
Chopped chili-3
Chopped onion - 1
Red Chilli Powder- 1 Tablespoon
Chut masala - according to taste
Chopped coriander leaves - 2 teaspoons
Cornflour- 2 Tablespoons
Bread slit - 2 teaspoons
Oil-to fry
Salt-flavored
Method
Put the sprouted pulses in the cooker with a little water and put two whistles. When the pressure of the cooker leaves, remove the sprouts from the water. Peel the potato peel and mash the sprouts and potatoes together. Mix well on this mixture by adding onion, green chili, red chilli powder, chat masala, salt and coriander leaves. Make small cutlets from the mix. Mix cornflour with two-three spoons of water and mix well. Heat tawa and pour light oil on it. Dip the cutlet in the mixture of the first conflor and then slice the bread on it. Cook on both sides until golden on the pan. Serve with sauce or sauce.

Sprouts - 1/2 cup
Chopped tomatoes - 1/3 cups
Chopped apples - 1/3 cups
Finely chopped raw mangoes - 2 teaspoons
Pomegranate Grapes - 1/4 Cup
Orange- 1/2 cup
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 4 teaspoons
Lemon juice - 4 teaspoons
Salt-flavored
Method
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When cumin seeds are chopped, add asafoetida, turmeric and murmura in the pan. Mix well by adding black salt and save. Turn off the gas and let it cool completely. Now mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well and present it immediately.
