Marigold plant is a medium tall, growing upright with an average of 2-3 feet tall with small yellow to orange flowers. In some country this plant is used as a culinary herbs.

It is considered to be a topical solution in which the extracted liquids from this plant are used to treat burns, wounds and insect bites.

Marigold plant is also considered as an insect repellent since Pyrethrum compound is found in this plant. (Pyrethrum compound is commonly used in many insect repellent.) Bugs and mosquitoes will sure hate this plant smell.

*So if you guys wanted to avoid mosquitoes from entering your homes, plant some beside your front doors, or behind your windows, or anywhere in your gardens. *
