Spicy Tuna Roll
The spice and the green onions go well with the tuna. Add wasabi and soy sauce and yes it's definitely one of my favorites to order when going out for Sushi. Basic just like the California roll. Fresh ingredients is key.
1½ cups sushi rice
4 oz sashimi-grade tuna
3 tsp Sriracha sauce.
½ tsp sesame oil.
2 green onions/scallions
1 sheet nori (seaweed)
2 Tbsp white sesame seeds

I heard recently Sushi has a ton of parasites. They say if you eat Sushi, there are other things you need to eat to balance the intake of raw seafood.
Thinking about going out for Sushi.
Never liked inside out rolls. Rice on the outside, wrap on the inside.
I used to go out for Sushi more frequent than I do now.
