Chicken Tikka Masala
Chicken masala is one of my favorite dishes when I go out for Indian food. Chicken tikka is quiet hot as red chilli powder is used in marination. Chicken tikka masala is served in restaurants around the world, including Indian restaurants in Britain and North America.
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, 2 teaspoons cumin, cinnamon, cayenne, black pepper, ginger, and salt. Stir in chicken, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat a grill for high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate. Melt butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat.
