Teach children well while they are Young, for they are our FUTURE
Most parents know that their responsibility to love, nurture, and take care of their children. If ever there are those who do not understand these parental duties, or understand them but neglect to fulfill them, they are the exception rather than the rule; it is inherent to parents to love and take care of their offspring.
Most parents want only the best for their children. They want them to succeed in life, to become God-fearing, and to lead a virtuous life. They dream of a great future for them and are willing to sacrifice to prepare them for that. And most of them know that for their children to become a good persons, they need to be taught and trained from their youth because whatever they learn from childhood will determine their character not only in their adulthood but also in their old age.
But there are parents who do not know or are unsure of what to teach their children. They zealously send their children to school hoping that in doing so, their children will be well equipped to face the challenges of a highly competitive society and that they will grow into good individuals and enjoy a blessed life.
But parents should not be satisfied with providing their children a good education in order for them to have a bright future. They must see to it that their children receive right training and instruction. Some find it hard to mold the character of their children properly because they think that it is sufficient to teach them only their own philosophy and principles in life to prepare them for the future.
But for parents to instill love of God in their children, they should be the first to possess such love for God. Parents should be the prime example for children when it comes to good things. Parents should lead their children, and soon they will reap the fruit of their work.
If children’s are well trained by their parents, this world will become a better place to live in. As what the song goes, children are our future, so we must teach them and lead the way. All of us will become parent, never stop teaching them.

i definitely agree with this. lessons can be learned from school magulang pdn talaga ang dpat magshape sa mga bata to instill to them the values and how to be a good follower of Christ.
