It looks like bandwidth but clearer details and you see what happen in front of your eyes.

I found another bug. Power Up some STEEM, vote on post (just one) and you will lose all your VP again.
With just 1 up vote I lost 75% of power. It will take more than 3 days to recover. Why?

If you got SP for your claim I imagine it will recover some RC because you powered up.
This is all really wacky right now but I kinda like it lol. I followed someone and my voting power went down to 56% from 100%. I actually feel really entertained seeing all this random shit happening and having things not work properly yet lol.
I got back ~12% and 1 day of waiting off. 👍
Edit: ... and after a vote with 1% I got off those 12%. 😢
