It is common in most people look at the popular content and not give a chance to the new , it is a pity , we can all offer good content, There are thousands and thousands of valuable posts in steemit but only given the opportunity a few

We need to support newcomers
I mainly look at and upvote new posts. But I'm just a minnow so I don't have much influence. I think Steemit will eventually start to balance out. Give it some time.
I live on new. We need to increase the comment ratio on Steemit, it's too low. I know everyone is looking to score it big but commenting is what will help create a better community.
