A DAY IN ZAANSE SCHANS,NL!!!

As I have shifted to Netherlands recently with my husband,am feeling very fortunate to experience a hell lot of variation of nature served in a single plate.Don't know where to start with!just last weekend we have been to a place named ZAANSE SCHANS.It is majorly visited by tourists for its windmills and cheess factory.But i bet,you can never overlook the serene,raw beauty of the place.I'm sharing some of the pictures i have taken in my mobile phone..pardon me for the imperfections and please don't hesitate to share your thoughts....cheers!:)

It's a shoe factory of the village and this wall and giant wooden shoes or CLOGS represent the dutch heritage...

we were kind of holding each other just to balance ourselves,though it turned out to be quiet romantic! ;)

something i never ever heard of...and ya,there was "lavender cheess" as well...ws confused in between to eat or to put it on skin! :)

and windmills....

and lots and lots of flowers all over the land......
