Relax! Just flow with the ocean)
What I realized today (while a very busy and nervous day) - it's not so important what happens around.
Your reaction determines everything. Doesn't it?
Look at yourself - in any situation you might be able to perceive everything softer, easier, with greater understanding.
And when it does not work out very well - wash your face, give yourself a minute to catch your breath and let the water wash the negativity away. I had to "wash" quite diligently and completely)
There is a next movement ahead - searching for a flat again, a busy day at work - I had to plunge completely and let the sea worry instead of me)
