Homemade pancakes for the breakfast + favorite coffee

Sometimes to make your day great from the very beginning, it is necessary to give a little help.
Turning, for example, the usual morning - into the morning of pancakes with a magical taste.

My recipe is simple, but the result will certainly please any fan of pancakes.

  • 1 Egg
  • 300ml/½pt Milk
  • 125g/4oz Odlums Cream Plain Flour
  • Oil for frying
  • Pinch of Salt

Further simple actions we turn all the ingredients into a work of art with a wonderful taste.

  • First I sieved flour and salt into a bowl.

  • After - made a well in the centre of the flour, put in the egg and added about a third of the milk. Important to beat it well, gradually pouring in the rest of the milk and drawing in the flour to make a smooth batter.

  • Poured batter into a jug and allow to stand for about 30 minutes.

  • Brushed a pancake pan with oil (not too much). When the pan was hot enough I gave the batter a stir before pouring a thin layer onto the pan.

  • Fried until golden brown. Turned and fry the other side until brown also.

  • Stacked pancakes on a large plate, as they are cooked.

  • Filled with fresh fruit (apple and orange) and put a small plate with a condensed milk (I like honey more, but this time I had mood for a condensed milk).

And one more important part of this breakfast (for me personally) - is a cup of great coffee from Peru, made with love with a hand of professional.

It was easy and pleasant to enjoy the coming day after such a morning ritual.
