Delegation to Splinterlands for DEC
Hi Everyone,
Since the first day when Splinterlands announced they will accept delegations for DEC, I was a bit hesitant. I normally delegate to new projects which supports their development and their community. Splinterlands aka Steem Monsters in my mind is well established on the Steem Blockchain therefore didn't I would need to. @wilhb81 delegated some SP to them and pretty much every second-third day I will ask how he was going in receiving the DEC. Since yesterday after his article, I have decided to make the move and delegate some SP to Splinterlands.
My amount wasn't a lot (2000 sp) and to my surprised, I received my first payment today! It was a nice amount and was thinking that I could get around 2000 DEC per week which isn't too bad if you are an active Steem Monster player. My aim is to get some potions and orbs if I have left over so this would be a nice addition on top of the ones I earn via playing daily.
So far, I am happy with what have received and if I do have some more spare SP, I will definitely consider up delegation to get more for the game!

That’s very cool, I didn’t know that you could earn DEC like that! I’ve only recently started getting into this new part of the game but it seems like it’s made the game a lot more fun and worth playing daily

I delegate all my sp to @steemmonsters. Very nice decs that i receive. But, i think that @steemmonsters and us( players of this game) have to make more marketing about this use of decs to buy upvotes from @steemmonsters account. I think its not a lot of people that know this.... ROI of @steemmonsters upvote is fantastic....

Thinking about doing the same for a while now! Can you give me an idea of how much dec per steem are you getting daily? I know it will vary, but can't seem to find an estimate!

check @wilhb81's article he did an analysis for the 16 days he delegated tot steemmonsters. I will do mine soon to give everyone an idea too
I actually did found his article thanks to you, curious to hear your opinion too; I know it will depend on bot usage. but it's good to have a rough idea!
Steemmonsters delegation is awesome. The DEC is super diverse. Warning it does get addictive and makes you want to delegate everything haha
