Alitas de pollo a la barbacoa
Esta receta es a la barbacoa, unas alitas de pollo con limón y miel.

Ingredientes para 3 personas
3 dientes de ajo
4 cucharadas de miel
1 limón
1 cucharada de aceite de coco
1 cucharada de salsa picante
2 cucharadas de salsa barbacoa
1 kg de alitas de pollo
Preparación:
Precalienta el horno a 180º C y en un bol mezcla el ajo, la miel, la ralladura de limón y la mitad del zumo de dicho limón, el aceite de coco, la salsa picante y la salsa barbacoa.
Cubrir las alitas con la mezcla y déjalas a un lado para que se marinen durante unos 30 minutos, luego saca las alitas de la salsa y extiéndelas en una bandeja para hornearlas durante 25 minutos, escurre el caldo que hayan soltado, añade la salsa marinada y hornea durante 20 minutos más.. Ahora aumenta la temperatura del horno 20º C y añade el resto de la salsa horneandolo durante otros 15 minutos más. Para finalizar exprime el zumo de limón restante sobre las alitas y listo.
