Dany's 2nd Birthday - Two Years of Togetherness.

28th Feb 2016 - was the day when Dany came home. Dany is my ride, a sports tourer from Bajaj Auto(India's Auto Maker Giant). I named her " Dany " which I'll tell you later, why ;)

Dany is originally a Bajaj Pulsar RS200 that comes with a 200cc single cylinder fuel injected liquid cooled engine that churns out 24.5 PS @ 9750 RPM. Here are her specifications :

I was in love with the bike from the day it was showcased in the Auto Expo 2014, the twin projector headlamps will not let you take off your eyes from her, she is certainly a head turner which you come to know when you ride it in public.

So, yesterday I celebrated Dany's second birthday and I thought why not lets make a post for steemit sharing my all the rides I have done so far with Dany. I have covered around 27000 Km's in 2 years and the count is still going on. She's has never let me down and always performs when I need her and this quality of her makes me fall for her everytime, one every ride !

I'll not be writing a lot in this post just posting pictures and my memories with Dany.

I took her to the mountains, just after the first service and she was just 1 month old. It was my first solo ride till and I went till Chail, Himachal Pradesh. The Route I followed was :

Delhi - Chandigarh - Chail - Kufri - Shimla - Chandigarh - Delhi

My second ride was to Dehradun - Mussorie and Dhanaulti , this time I headed towards Uttrakhand.

My Third Ride was one of the most adventurous and memorable ride of mine till date. We went till Munsyari, uttrakhand that is around 650 Km's from Delhi.

Then we went to Wranglers True Wanderer Event, where in I went to Yamuotri !

Then came the time, when I geared up with Dany to take the India's most dangerous road " The Cliffhanger ". It was 10 day expedition wherein we covered some of the very less unexplored areas in Jammu to satiate our hunger for Adventure !

Then, I took up the task to cross the most difficult Mountain pass of India, " The Sach Pass " It was one hell of an experience and a great learning. You can check out the videos on my channel !

So, these rides have been one of the most amazing and memorable rides with Dany and I thought of sharing it with everyone of you. I hope you would have liked the short blog and pictures !
