Delicious Kalai Roti

I hope you are all well? I am also good Alhamdulillah. So welcome to my another blog. Today I am going to share with Kalai Roti.
Its name is Kalai Roti. It is made with kalai, that’s why it has been named Kalai Roti. This is a famous dish. These kalai pulses are first roasted, then ground, and after grinding, they are mixed with water to prepare the dough for making the roti. Then these are shaped into large rotis and cooked on the stove or in a pan. After being taken off the stove, these have to be eaten immediately; otherwise, if they become cold, they become hard and cannot be eaten. For this reason, this type of roti must be eaten hot. If eaten hot, it feels quite good to you. As it cooks, it turns red, and then it becomes very tasty.
Yesterday, we stopped at that hotel to eat this roti on purpose. That hotel’s Kalai Roti is very famous. We had never eaten Kalai Roti before, so we enjoyed it yesterday, which felt very delightful to me.
