WHEN YOU MAKE YOURSELF UNAPPROACHABLE

Although, in life, there's no denying the fact that it's your discretion to choose who you want in your life but many people have lost potential many great opportunities because they've made themselves unapproachable.

I have seen people who got married to people they least expected and this is because they actually gave the other person the chance to prove himself /herself.

You can't be single and searching yet you're very unfriendly and unapproachable or share your contact with anyone that has interest in you.

You can't say there are no good people out there when you create a secluded world comprising of yourself only and probably those you want when life has a way of making us understand that the people you want may not want you, and those you don't want in your life might just be the ones you need.

The truth is that you can never tell who will be useful in your life if you don't give them a chance to prove themselves. Giving people a chance will make you know whether to ignore or embrace them.

I see life as a place where everyone opts for the best but before you can get the best you must be open to options. Shutting people off because you think they can never be useful in your life is very unwise.

Although, when you welcome cats and dogs and make yourself too easy to access, people will always take you for granted, disregard you and ride freely on your emotions.

You might have cared so much for people in the past, gave them the chance to know you and they have misused the opportunity but know that it's just one of the things that is bound to happen in life. No one can change the fact that you never can tell who will back-bite you.

Stop being building a wall around yourself and stop being hostile to people unnecessarily. Try to give that unassuming lady or guy a chance cos you never can tell if he or she will be the one to make you fly without wings

This brings me to the song of Westlife, flying without wings

In summary

You don't need to surround yourself with crowd but those that matter and those you can benefit from. The problem with many of us is the inability to identify what we really need which may sometimes not be what we want

If you try to be approachable, the opportunities that will come your way will drastically increase. All you need to do is act as if you are wearing a name tag.

This will make people know that you to be free to engage you in conversation. It’s invitation that tells people, “Approach me, introduce yourself. It’s OK!”
