AN ECONOMIC BREAKFAST TOASTED SARDINES
TOASTED SARDINES
Creativity and a bit of YouTube food video go a long way in getting a little creative when it comes to cooking.
Today I prepare some sardine toast for breakfast to share with my husband, taking advantage of sardines that they gave me for not being able to go to the market due to lack of gasoline.
I hope you enjoy the recipe as I enjoy it for my breakfast.
Recipe: Sardine Toasts
Ingredients for two people:
- 500 grams of sardine fillet.
- One onion (medium).
- An avocado.
- 100 grams of coriander.
- Oil (to fry to dress the salad)
- I add a lemon.
- 300 grams of corn flour (for tortillas).
- Pinch of salt.
Process.
Very small cuts are made to the coriander onion and avocado.
It is seasoned with oil, salt, lemon, and particularly I add a touch of mayonnaise.
For the tortillas it is kneaded with lukewarm water so that the consistency is very smooth and when frying they are very crisp, the dough is stretched thin enough and with a mold we remove the tortillas.
Season the sardine fillet with salt, pepper and oregano.
To give it a crispy touch, it is breaded with corn flour.
Once the sardine fillets are breaded, go to the fryer.
Cocinar económico y sabroso es un reto.
