flight

dancing on air
one two,  one two, step  turn glide
the sky is calling
speed dial daring me to 

fly

to run 
full speed into blue 
a leap of faith a feathered fool
whose wings of wax soon will melt
jumping a chasm between
hope and trust

wind speed holds 
sun on skin
i am a rainbow of refracted light
i am a bird soaring

holding still,  a moment 
breathing in life
all senses on standby
hope sings in forgotten limbs
winding through my heart
an express train into the unknown
at the end of the time

That picture of the clouds reminds me of what the sky would look like if you were looking up from the bottom of a swimming pool :) Neat!!!! SUNSHINE247
