Therapeutic Recovery Run
I just finished a 6.072km running that lasted about 0hh:37mm:57ss !

Still very tired of yesterday's training.
The sensations while doing the workout yesterday were not the best and the psychological impact has not been very good, besides my hamstrings have some pain and my calfs are stressed.
Instead of stopping drastically today, I have been jogging very smoothly on the grass, at 6'/km pace, keeping my Heart frequency below 130 bpm's.
All that for about 30 '...
Then I spent the rest of the training time on doing mobility and toning exercises followed by a "gentle" stretching...
I feel so much better now...
The little pains have disappeared and the good feelings have returned.
I am recovered.
Keep on running!
