Recovery run
I just finished a 5.655km running that lasted about 0hh:36mm:50ss !
Espectacular day for starting the running week.
Cold temperature, slightly cloudy but not windy...perfect.
Unfortunately we did not have the hard workout of the week, we had a smooth 30' jof as a recovery of yesterday's long run.
As usual on Mondays, time for chatting with the colleagues while jogging, sharing the experiences from the weekend, family stories, work problems, political situation at Catalonia and obviously at Spain.
Sometimes running is as well one amazing forum to stay with the fellows, socializing, sharing, living others lifes as well.
There is no better therapy than that.
Keep on running!

Glad to see you're still out there running.
Summer is coming here, time to dust of the old trail shoes and get out on the trails ;-)
hahhaha, why should I give up from running? ;-)

BEER
from @toofasteddie for you. Enjoy it!You have uploaded 64 running activities, and 8 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:
Over these 8 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 46.12 kms at an average pace of roughly 6:17 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 6.513min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
