Running under Amazing Clouds
I just finished a 6.311km running that lasted about 0hh:31mm:34ss !
30 minutes of pure contemplation of a beautiful sky after yesterday's wind gusts.
Still blowing today but less. Also the temperature has risen a little, reaching more than 20 Degrees at noon so almost a spring weather.
As usual on Mondays, we have run in group, altogether, chatting about the weekend, the feelings during Sunday's run, past and future races.
In my case, I am initiating another training cycle of 4 weeks. This week is going to be tougher than the last but I am starting today with only a recovery run. Tomorrow it is going to be another "story".
