I feel good
I just finished a 8.254km running that lasted about 0hh:45mm:12ss !

6Km of pure aerobical run and 2 km more in a faster mode but still aerobical, below 160 bpm.
I am starting to feel strong and fast...
My easy pace is now closer to 4'10"/km at an average Heart Frequency of 155 bpm, so that means that my training plan has brought me to the level of shape I was searching for the cancelled race of yesterday...
It's a pity I couldn't run it...
Now, I should keep the volume of kilometers and not to overload my body so much, thus this week is going to be a transitional week in order for me to start another 4 week plan cycle for the race on the 1st of December.
