The beauty of a Brompton Bike
I just finished a 6.883km cycling that lasted about 0hh:23mm:19ss !
After taking the children to school, I had time to inflate the tires and review my folding bicycle in order to go to the office.
The office is not very far from where I live, about 7 km and, normally, I come by motorcycle, taking about 12 minutes if traffic allows it and driving like crazy, that's why I call myself @toofasteddie in honour of one of the members of the famous comic "Joe Bar Team", although I have to admit that I drive as I run, like a madman ...
When I have a little more time and I don't plan any hard athletic training like today, I usually take the bike.
The truth is that I enjoy using it, it resets my brain a lot, releasing the tedious of the work routine.
In total 23 minutes to do about 7 km, not bad time either with the bicycle...
