Special Running Workout: Now I am totally "empty" ;-)
I just finished a 10.668km running that lasted about 1hh:2mm:23ss !

This has been the last run of the week since I am travelling to Firenze this weekend for a short holiday with my wife, yes, only my wife and me...
The kids are going to spend the weekend with another family :-), close friends of course, and they are more excited than us.
Ok , coming back to the running torture-workout. I did 2 km of Warming Up jog, some mobility and a continuous run doing the following lenghts and paces:
3000m in 12'30", at a 4'10"/km pace, followed by a 2000m in 8' (4'/km) then a 500m jog and 2000 in 7'36" so at 3'48"/km...
I ended with soft jogging and stretching, as usual...
I am not going to cheat you, this training, at this stage of the season, is really torture...
I am still so far from my best fit and I have finished the training giving the best of me to reach the expected paces and times...
I am empty, breathless...but satisfied...
Now I can go for the short holidays ;-)

Te las has ganado! Ahora que no tengas muchas agujetas, Aunque me parece que con la caña que te metes las debes tener crónicas jajaja. Disfruta de Firence! Aun tengo yo un post pendiente esa ciudad de cuando estuve en Enero, mira tu por donde me has dado una idea pa la semana que viene!
