What the F*ck!
Today I had a busy day at the office...nothing new thought since working on technological projects has always these crazy overloading days difficult to forecast in advance.
Actually, I used to work mostly of the time under unpredicted scenarios and that, as I said, it is not a surprising new...
The new is that I have been checking my feed at steemit and partiko whenever I could, I mean, as usual, at the coffee break, at lunch, on my way to different places etc... and today I noticed something that did not happen to me since long time ago...
My Voting Power reached 100%... actually, and sorry if I missed something interesting posted by the people I follow, I have not found any article that attracted me minimally to give my upvote and that is really weird! I am a consistent upvoter, or at least that's how I consider I am myself...but I like to upvote some good stuff as well which, honestly I miss nowadays...
I don't know what is happening here but I really think that not only the quality of the posts are decreasing but also the amount of posts is also doing so... even if it seems we are escaping from the BEAR's claws, it looks like people are not so motivated to write about interesting things or even normal life topics or projects...
Very difficult to find usual steemians writing these days, even more difficult to find new ones...
...or perhaps it is only my subjective perception.... I don't know...
Hope the good times will come back...

Ya lo probé. Y no me compensa decir lo mismo en otro idioma sólo por tener mayor repercusión. Consigo sólo una recompensa un poco mayor, y no siempre. No me compensa.
Bueno, también dependerá del post...a veces una buena foto bien tomada y un mínimo contenido explicativo es más que suficiente, no crees?
A mí me da igual, te leo igualmente, me aportas variedad y otra manera de ver las cosas...
Btw, el tema aeroespacial me encanta y comparto también

Diagnosis: You are following wrong people!
I started to use https://steemlookup.com/ to find content using filters.
Less people grinding out articles, many now using Steem dapps/games as well or instead methinks.
Indeed with the Dapps. Steem is moving beyond a blogging platform to full-on social media. It’s going to have trivial posts, which have a audience. We want it to mainstream. That’s what mainstream is.
I’ve also been distracted with Murmur, which is less picky about “quality”.

Agree. When I am in Murmur I miss the quality expected on Steem. And when I am on steem I miss the short post form of Murmur.
But I prefer Steem. Mainly because in Murmur there is no mana or voting power concept. You could be voting all day. As long as there is ram in your EOS account, of course. But that can be solved by buying more, which cannot be done on steem.

I don’t think dapps is affecting so much the number of posts at Steem Blockchain...only drugwars which is not anymore collapsing the news feed has changed the strategy...the others, actifit, partiko, etc... are working equally but in the case of actifit I found also that the number of posts is decreasing...

I agree on you.
Also it provided to me an idea for a new short post. I could provide right now a TL;DR:
Steem is a content publishing content. It also allows members to curate and comment on that content. Steem-Monsters and DrugWars apps are doing great on the Steem charts of dapps. But they are not provided any real new content which could be consumed the same way as text, video or audio. So we are more or less in the same spot as we were before the launch of those big -according to their usage numbers- apps.
I don't know if I will write the post, though.

Probably did post too much posts already. It is sometimes hard to find a balance between quality and quantity for sure if you are chasing a goal!

I'm not only speaking about good content but also the amount of posts has decreased a lot...anyway, in my opinion, it will increase as soon as steem takes off
