It is time to give back to the Steem Monsters community!
In order to celebrate this fantastic game I continue with my simple card(s) give-away, where all you have to do is write a comment on the post of the day. A lucky winner will be chosen out of all the comments. The theme is different for each post and can be found if you continu reading till the end ;). The plan is to do this for a month and see how it all goes. I can tell you that there will be some interesting cards for grabs during these 30 days...
It is still a first edition of the game and at the moment the ultimate goal for this season is to get into the champions league!
Through the rest of October the game will go as follows: As you play you'll earn "rating points." As you move up in rating, you will enter into different leagues. Your rewards at the end of the season will depend on the highest league you attained at any point during that season. The initial set of rewards will be as follows:
Bronze League (100+ rating): 1 pack
Silver League (1000+ rating): 2 packs
Gold League (1900+ rating): 5 packs
Diamond League (2800+ rating): 10 packs
Champion League (3700+ rating): 20 packs
SEASON UPDATE
I am still in the Champions League and the season ends tonight, I am at 5044 points at the moment, played over 2200 games and I am sitting in the 24th spot. I will try to reach the top ten, because they get price money, but it won't be easy, because the end time is at 2 am here in Europe and I am not sure I will still be awake at that time.. I am looking forward to the next season!

Regardless of the different rules, my favourite so far was one I actually wasn't planning on playing much: water splinter! The magic bonus and the 2 girls sending magic rays, with the turtle as a tank... pretty awesome!
My current favorite is earth :)
I don't have many Death or Water cards, and no Summoners for them, so either of those will do for me.
