Punk Rock. I can't believe some of the music that gets labeled as such these days. I'm not going to go on some big tirade about what is and what is not punk rock. I'm just taking a quick minute(1:42 actually) to throw up a good example of it. NIHILISTICS, from New York, are never going to win a talent contest. They are raw, sloppy, angry, fast, discordant, primitive noise. The lyrics are about not being liked by your own family. Conveying the pain and futility of life is more important to the singer than melody. This is not pretty music. This is punk.
