Could not agree more @tonysayers33, for a whole host of reasons people do not believe in themselves. I think that organized religion has a lot to do with it. The belief that we are a lower being always being watched over and judged by a "higher power" etc
The systems that are in place in our societies also go a long way to shape us into "great little workers" and do not push us to achieve greatness. They push us to conform and to fit in to the system.
