The sentence "Every now and then I just have to step back for a moment and remember why I joined this team..." implies that there is something wrong with the team/project/community, he needs better phrasing :)
He is a developer/programmer. Please don't hold him for words or what he was saying. Majority of developers is not being friendly with cameras and/or good at interviews, unless they have some management level experience behind. He is obviously shy in front of a camera and not feeling so relaxed to be himself, as seen already, so any other comment regarding his statements is .... :))))

No, i get that he didn't mean anything like that, it's just when you release any kind of material to the public, be sure it will be cherrypicked and deconstructed in every way possible. We need to be more careful is what i mean
No hard feelings, anyway. I'm a developer with management experience, so was just defending colleague in a way to explain myself.
And yes, this should not be aired in the first place, but here we are so... We both did protective stance on this one... Towards Bitshares, and i highly appreciate it :) Sorry for miss-understanding On this point: "We need to be more careful", is my most important proposal to Bitshares, soon to arrive for public
